The craftsmanship, such as bending the staves in boiling water technique used only for some productions.hand sanding, hooping in special stainless steel that is unalterable to corrosion over time, guarantees a unique product capable of preserving and enriching wines, spirits, and vinegars. This artisanal process, perfected over five centuries, allows us to offer barrels that are not just tools, but true custodians of excellence.
